Application of Domestic Polymerization Laboratory Reactor
Domestic polymerization laboratory reactors have been widely used in domestic PVC production plants, playing an important role in the development of China's PVC industry. According to preliminary statistics, by 2002, the total capacity of polymerization laboratory reactors in domestic PVC laboratory reactor production devices was about 13000m3, of which the total capacity of domestic laboratory reactors was about 11500m3, accounting for 78% of the total. 30m3 polymerization laboratory reactor has once become the main laboratory reactor type for PVC production plants in China. With the continuous expansion of the production plant scale, domestic 70m3 laboratory reactor has become the first choice for newly expanded PVC plants. By the end of 2003, more than 20 70 m3 laboratory reactors had been put into use in domestic PVC production plants, and more than 70 were under manufacturing.
